Community action to protect a vital landscape
The Knuckles landscape is one of Sri Lanka’s most important environmental areas, supporting biodiversity, water sources, farming communities, and traditional ways of life. Through conservation activities, CDC works with local communities to build awareness, encourage participation, and protect the natural resources that communities depend on.
