This event connected food, health, and local knowledge. CDC’s work with indigenous crops, traditional food products, and community-based food systems fits naturally into the wider conversation around nourishment, wellbeing, and sustainable food culture. The programme helped promote healthier food choices rooted in Sri Lankan traditions.
